If no x gauge is available, I put be on my boat that just hooks up to a hot wire. They don't cost all that much
Not really THAT curious. My boat has an hours meter, and I just wondered how boat hours compare. When buying a used boat, 500 hours is said to be a lot. In reality, I doubt the engine is all that well broken in. As a gauge, how many hours and miles does your truck have?

Reason: Wife's an English teacher and might check my work.
How funny. That equates to an avg of 46.44 mph. I just checked mine and my avg is 46.43 mph.
You must have an equal mix of both Frwy and street driving as I do.
Interested to see what others come up with?

Since it appears that will not be finding out what my engine hours are, I did a guesstimate as to what mine would be. After some thought, I said all things considered, about 45 MPH would be reasonable. Looks like I'm a pretty good guesstimater!

I think you are right on with that estimate. Again, let's see if we get much of a range difference with others? Maybe if I lived in central Texas?
X-gauge only report engine running while the engine is on. It does not accumulate the total time. You can tell how long the engine been running since you last start up the truck (how long you been driving nonstop) that's all.

After looking at the Linear Logic website, I came to the same conclusion.
