Best Remote Starter?
Need to put a remote starter in a 2011 Escape Limited, that is still under warranty.
Should I go for a genuine dealer installed Ford one?
Buy a kit & try to install myself?
Go to an aftermarket place?
Anyone done thisand what was the cost/result?

Had 2 installed both at the dealer this way didnt mess with any warrenty.Never had a problem on either one on a 97 Explorer and other on a 05 Escape.I miss not having remote start as today is 23 degrees with out wind chill..

The Explorer had one key fob that unlocked the doors and hatch.The Escape I believe was the same it had an additional key fob for the auto start.I cann't remember the exact amount as it was over 6 years ago but I think between $350-$480.installed
