Front end swap issues (Help please)

I got the header panel on a few minutes ago and the grill and hood have about a 1 inch gap... I'll post pics tonight, any thoughts?

Weird, did you shut the hood all the way? Header panel upside down?

Do the headlights have a gap? With just the header panel in and the hood shut the top of the header panel should be just below the hood.
The alignment studs/pins/***** on the 05+ header panel need to be cut off to be aligned right on the 03 truck.

Ok, that might be my issue then, the studs go into their little holes, guess I'll cut those off tonight
I'll go snap the pics in a minute too.
