Wiper problems
My 99 psd has developed a wiper problem to where they only work right on high and low but when on any delay setting the stop in the middle or top or bottom and dont make a full cycle. I have replaced the switch on the side of the steering colum but that didnt work. Motor? Short? any ideas would help. Thanks

After looking over the diagram, my limited experience tells me it looks like the only 2 possibilities are the multifunction switch on the left side of steering column or your GEM module. Doesn't look like there are any other potential sources for that problem. The wiper motor is an outside chance but I'm guessing it's fine since you can change from low to high with no problem. Make sure all of your wiper relays are good.

GEM module is a non-serviceable computer attached to the back of the fuse box that's located under the dash left of steering column.
I too don't know how to get this PDF posted for you. I hope someone here can chime in who knows how to.
