Welcome to the forum! I would say that you should easily be able to get invoice pricing on the truck and then subtract all the incentives. If you are a member of Costco they have great pricing with certain dealerships. Mine locally said the Costco pricing starts off at about $600 below invoice pricing.
What are you looking to do with the truck? Towing? Commuter?
Found one on my local dealer's website. 2012 XLT Screw 4x4 with Ecoboost. MSRP $42,020 Internet price $32,774. 2013 XLT Screw 4x4 with Ecoboost. MSRP $42,180 Internet price $34,841
Not sure where you are from but my local dealer sells the trucks for $8000-$10000 below sticker. That is what I have paid on my last 8 vehicles and that is what is listed on their website.
