Question about 4x4

Is there vacuum actuated hubs on these trucks or is it just a locked axle? Best, CB

Yes they are vacuum actuated.

I haven't taken the wheels off yet. Do these 150's have manual locking hubs besides the vacuum hubs? My Super Duties had both in case the vacuum punked out you could still lock them in. Best, CB

And that was a stupid question or else my wheels would be designed to use manual hubs. Best, CB

Few miles east of Pittsburgh. So if they are vacuum operated then it must have a vacuum pump because of the turbos. And is there as much maintenance to the hubs as in the Super Duties? Best, CB
