I'm looking for some info on what is a decent purchase price for a new 2011 F250 Superduty.

My grandpa is buying one and is trying to get the best price possible. He's gone to one dealer and got this from him....

MSRP 48,500

Invoice 44,900

- 2500 incentive

42,400 buy price not including TTR. He also Has a 08 6.4 superduty he's trading in and they offered 24,000 for it.

Is that a good price, or is there more to be negotiated?

Start by negociating under invoice plus incentives to you. Once that price is determined, talk about the trade. I just bought my truck for $500 under invoice plus incentives $3500 to me and I had a $500 AQHA coupon...
