Anyone ever done these? Im talking about the ones that are on the back of the heads. Do I have to take the banjo bolt off of the fuel pump? Any other tricks i should know?

Thanks, Matt

427 fordman Darin has done them but I believe that he had the turbo off to get at them.

Are you talking about the fitting in the head or where the line and fitting meet?

The passenger side might be a bit of a challenge but it can be done. The driver side should be easy. Those square cut o- rings are known as Vibra Locks IIRC. You should be able to get clearance for replacement without removing the banjo bolt. Bob at dieselorings.com has them.

I replaced mine when I was doing my fuel pump.A bit difficult on pass side as Pete stated.NOT impossible by any means.I did not have the turbo off by the way. They are more problem than most give credit for.
