Large oil leak

Ok i have a couple of questions that im hoping a couple of you more experienced guys could help with.. My trucks a 97 F250 2x4 7.3. The motor is out of the truck and on a stand so its going to be easy to work on. I have a very large oil leak coming out of the lower passenger side part of the front cover i think. I was just wondering if there is a special gasket for that or is it just a gasket maker? Im going to do front and rear main while the engine is out aswell. Also i can smell diesel alot after running the truck and the valve covers have diesel on them sometimes. I was going to take off my fuel filter housing and reseal that, anything else i could do to help that?

The cover.has a o ring seal part way and rtv the remainder.i can throw up a pic if you like of it off the engine.

In my world of little girls,sick wife,sick me...other crap...it feels like im still inside my hour...either way..i got it done

the cover has the two o ring seals and between each on either side and across the top is rtv.Hope it helps.
