The high output 3G's don't have any extra cooling and will melt down in short order if pushed to 200A & beyond.
Look at the charging curve plot in the install link I provided above.
That tells you all you need to know.
Provides 60A at 1k and 125A at 2k alternator rpm.

Ford produced 95 & 130A third generation alternators.
Luxury models with power everything and cars with the electric fans usually got the 130A.
To fit the larger diameter case (148mm) of the 130A you will have to grind a little clearance into the existing bracket of your '93 5.0.
