Dunno 'cause I don't know how much yours blows. But in proper working order these HVAC systems blow quite well. Tell us what's wrong with yours. Is it coming out where it is supposed to? Have you pulled the motor to remove the leaves? Give us a few more hints.
I've been askin the same thing! LOL actually I've found in cold they blow perty dang good but on heat and I'm guessing it's because the core creates resistance, the airflow isn't as powerful. in your case (as said by Gary) pull the blower motor and clear out and debris. Also don't run the blower until the leaves are cleared. I blew the thermal fuse on my resistor because the leaves caught fire. Fire wasn't an issue and I fixed my own resistor as opposed to buying a new one but none the less it had to be done and could have been avoided LOL
If your cab is well sealed then there will be a difference between heat and Max A/C. The reason is that there is no place for the air to go in any setting but Max as that's the only place the fresh air/recirculate door goes to recirc. So the blower is trying to pressurize the cab otherwise.
There has been some discussion about modifying the vacuum setup to allow recirc in other modes as well as Max. But, to determine if that's the problem you could roll a window down slightly to see if the flow goes up. And, someone said in a post somewhere that there was a change in the later years of our trucks or in the next gen that provided a vent for the air to get out of the cab. Although that was mainly to allow the doors to be closed easier from what I've read, it would also aid in airflow.

I would think that would be the fresh air vents.
Mine were busted and the passenger side vent didn't even have a door on it, so I just pulled them off and they're sitting there wide open all the time. If I need it closed, I suppose I can just stuff a rag down there as a temporary solution.
I also need window seals, and a body plug for the hole under the dash where my choke cable and gauges go through the firewall. I have a "holy cab".
