Defrosting woes
Am working on a 2000 F-150. The heater blower does not seem to be blowing much air out any of the vents.It will not defrost the windows. I checked the vacume supply and it is good. Removed blower motor and it is working on all speeds and appears to be turning at sufficient speed. I watched and felt all the vacume actuators and heater box flaps I could access and they all appear to be woking fine, but when you change your blower motor to whatever direction it does not seem to blow much air. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

Check to see if the evaporator core has gotten loaded up with dust or some other blockage (critter nest?).
All airflow must go through the evap core so it's the tirst thing to look at. Just pull the blower motor and get out the flashlight.
