Anyone using one of these and do they really help your back aches?

Best to go to an orthopedic first John. If you put pressure where your problem is, you could make yourself worse.

Agree, I've had good luck with some prescribed stretches to loosen muscles. Focusing on hamstrings and squats has helped a lot.

I talked to my doctor about it and he advised against it for the reason that I've already have a heart condition due to clogged arteries and said I would be risk having a stroke. I decided to take his advice so I have a chance to drive my panel some day.
