Wow. It's been a minute since I updated this. Not much has been happening, but I'm getting into the slow stuff now. Everything I do from here out is time consuming.

I finish welded and ground all the seams in the body skin. I also started to make the rear fender(s). I was basically using the material I had until I could get more steel. Getting the fender to fit the quarter panel was entertaining since the quarter is radiused in two directions.







I got the plate to make the radius arms the other day, so I started to finalize the front suspension. I'll have a picture of the complete radius arm in a couple days. (give or take )

Ok, it's not done but ten hours in, here's the radius arm. The only problem is, I have to make another one!

looking good alan.. are they ford radius arm bushings?.. looks like they should be stout enough for the c-cab

Yup. I had a set of dentside bushings laying around, so I made the ends the same. Good enough for a half ton truck, should be plenty for the C cab.

Its a friggin awesome, one off, all hand crafted, custom built to haul his dads wheel chair that loads with a drop ramp out the back end.

Long time ago on our local T.V station, there was a ad (Cant remember what the advertised) but the one guy also comment that the product is "Nice" so the other replied with:" a cup of tea is nice, the young teacher living around the corner is nice, this is incredible!!!!!"
