From the tech/mod sticky:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...ble-codes.html

* P1211 ICP Not Controllable - Pressure Abow/Below Desired
* P1212 ICP Voltage Not at Expected Level

Try pulling the superchip out of it and see if you still set the codes.

I know what they mean my code reader tells me. But it just died this morning. Starting up with a lope. Then levels out.

Pull the Superchip and try it again. If that's not the issue, then unplug the ICP and see if there is oil in the electrical connector. If there is, you need a new ICP. Aside from that, check the tin nut on the back of the IPR. It could be an IPR issue or a blown injector o-ring, but since it is doing it cold, I am guessing it is the ICP. You can unplug the ICP and try to start the truck and see if it acts any different. If it runs better with the ICP unplugged, you need a new one.

Was the chip loose in the PCM? If you put it back in does the CEL come back on? A loose chip could cause your issue.

Does the problem return if you use the chip again? And this is happening at idle?
