I've been reading these threads on this problem. I have the leaky windshield one. Just got through pulling the fuse box and GEM out. The only place that was wet was on the end where the two large plugs bolt on. Dried the whole thing with a heat lamp. Dried the plugs under the dash with contact cleaner and a heat gun. Coated every thing with dielectric grease and reinstalled. Everything is working, except with the bright lights on, and in gear, the radio sound goes out. Does not do it in neutral or park. Before while raining the starter would engage while running, also engage without the keys in it. Also, the AC blower would come on if the AC was left on.
