Overdrive light doesn't work. Trans/O.D. OK

OD shifts fine
On the freeway if I push the OD button the truck downshifts out of OD and rpm goes from about 1800 up to around 2300. No light on shifter. Push button again and OD shifts back in, rpm back to 1800 and all is well. My cruise control is working, just the OD off light on the shift column is not working. Truck is in the body shop for a few days getting a small dent fixed so will check #19 fuse as soon as I get her back. I did notice the cigar lighter is not getting power to charge the cell phone. ?? Same fuse?? The "power outlet" is working. But not the lighter outlet.
