Ive got a pneumatic grease gun thats pretty nice. A battery powered one would be the cats ****.
I like that SO impact. I haven't seen one in good used condition in a while and new is obscenely expensive. My dewalt 18v impact is on its last leg so I guess Ill be replacing it with something soon.
geez how much greezing you doing?? a couple pumps each joint good for a year or so, seems like the battery would go bad from sitting, unless you work in a shop using it every day.
every 2 months i grease the ball joints, tie rod ends, and universals in everything at home. the dump trucks get grease every 2 weeks. machines get greased after each use. i use 3 -4 tubes a year at home, and we use around 35 gallons per year in work.

would you be upset if i said i paid $150 for it? gun, case, charger, and one battery. i was looking for a second battery, but they are not to be found, and snap-on want $115 for one.
Weekly payments and 18..5% financing on a tool? No thanks.
Thats why I keep my Snap-on tools in a Harbor Freight box. I wasnt paying more of a toolbox than I paid for my shop...regardless of how nice it is or how long it lasts.
I will dish out good money for good tools as long as they are regularly used like a battery powered impact or 1/2 drive socket set. I will not pay their obscenely overpriced prices (or payments) for a generic item thats basically the same as any other similar tool. IE $150 for 6 standard screwdrivers. Ill use my 6.99 HF Chinese pos ones and buy a new set after i break, bend, lose, throw or etc one.
Id like to find one in similar condition for even twice that. They are in the $6-650 range new and I always seem to be bidding against 20 other a-holes on Ebay for what I hope is a decent used impact.
If I dont find one soon I guess im going to give the IR gun a try.
