2009 leaking transmission

2009 leaking transmission
Just noticed the wifes expy is leaking tranny fluid. It only has 32k on it but has gone past the 3 year portion of the warranty. Or is there more than 3 year 36 on the powertrain? Anyway, I found the two TSB's about leaks. Is a TSB warrantied if the vehicle is outside the warranty window?

I thought the original Powertrain warranty was for 5yr/60K and bumper to bumper was 3yr/36K.
TSB's are not generally warranty items, they are just bulletins to help techs diagnose and fix the problem faster. If the problem part or issue is covered under warranty then you should be covered. Make sense ?
I would think that a leaking transmission would be covered as the trans is part of the powertrain.
