Morning Charlie! I have several semi drivelines to rebuild for a local logging co to do first. My next project is to make some adapters to install disc brakes on a 9" ford rearend. I've also got some large pump rotors to build up and remachine...

The Port doesn't bother me much anymore. I have the backing of the county government, and the LLC, and they are on a downward trend.
They have already stated they have NO control over what I do on MY property....

The "Big Meeting" Thursday was a total farce, and everybody knows it now. The Port lost a lot of support...... A bunch of locals are trying to get me to run for the Port at this springs election. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I had my fill of that crap when I was on the school board. Not gonna do that again.......

I'll try and make this short.........
I was elected to the local schoolboard and only served two years before I resigned. We had a teacher that was smacking children around and I wanted to fire him and have the police charge him with child abuse. The old bitty that ran the schoolboard refused to do anything but let his contract expire. He then went on to another school and broke a kids arm.
I was so discusted me and 2 other schoolboard members resigned. That boy would not have gotten his arm broke if we had done our job.
Not gonna put myself through that again.......
