Not sure what that would do for it. May have a lot more bearing on things in your neck of the woods than it would around here. We have one of those that runs east and west just north of the north property line at the farm. Other than the neighboring farmer busting it open and having to pay for repairs every time he dicks around with the field tile...............it doesn't have any economic impacts on us as to zoning (EFU) and property value.
That could be a consideration, but it would be interesting to discover what they are really up to. Maybe there is a "rare" sagebrush bush or endangered tumble weed and they want to make it a sanctuary!
There was talk about a year ago of building a 10,000 gallon a week alcohol plant to take advantage of all the local grain.............
Jim, I do not think our wife's need to get together on keeping us down, my wife is hard enough to get anything around, she does not need any other ideas

I may be easy, but I ain't gonna be cheap!
Now that actually makes some sense. There is water, electricity and the NG main. Any zoning changes or variances shouldn't be too hard to get through and..........................you should raise your price to a cool million!
It also brings to mind a debate going on a month or so ago, I think in one of the legislative committee meetings, about the Feds and the State fronting a bunch of money to some big ethanol plant. Some people were really ticked off after the first few attempts ended terribly in failure. I don't think those idiots will ever learn, but it doesn't seem to get the attention that Solindra and others have gotten.
At any rate I suppose our taxes will take another jump and my Shredded Wheat will get more expensive.
If I recall that's a no gas motor, fly fish only lake isn't it? Been a long time since I was up there. Seem to remember the reeds and growth along the shore line.

You used to be able to fish it with spinning tackle, with a fly behind one of those clear floats.
They may have given the lake to the purists by now.
You don't fish!?!...............I don't know if I can talk to you anymore!
Hosmer is a hard lake to fish, I don't doubt you saw nothing brought in.
Did you go by Crane Prairie?.......If so, how was the water level, low?
At least you're a Ford man!
Easy there Dave. It's all good. He is a Ford man and if we ever get to have a GTG at a lake, we'll need someone to man the BBQ while the rest of us are out fishing!
That is right; no gas motors, fly fishing only, barb less hooks and a lot of reeds a long the shore.
Well Dave, I do not fish, hunt( animals ), and no country music and I do live in Prineville...lol
I can tolerate, I'm a open and understanding guy and camp cooks are needed.............but that part about the country music, well....................I'll have to think about that and get back to you!
I thought all you drysiders were man's man conservatives, and all us wetsiders were limp-wristed, prius driving, granola munching, girlie man, liberals?
