Yep. I'm afraid they are trying to pull some real BS. While they are telling everyone that the bills were set over to Monday the 15th, the committee agenda office has them on paper for Tuesday the 16th. I have appointments on Tuesday so I won't get to participate if they are in fact on Tuesday.
The politicians did some redistricting in Oregon a couple of years ago and it took effect last year. My little corner of the county got moved into a different district. So now instead of my reps being local and living about 12 miles from me, they are "foreigner's" with the state senator being about 160 miles away in a completely different demographic. The rep is only 35 miles away, but on the other side of the mountains, in a completely different demographic and he is a kite maker to boot.
