Valve spring compressor suggestions
I'm looking to get one, but I am unsure of witch one to get?
any suggestions?

Those are for heads that have rocker studs, I've always used the C clamp style.

the lever type can slip , shooting your locks across the room (ask how i know)
get the clamp or the mini screw type .

any springs that are stronger than stock, that kinda compressor is difficult and mildly dangerous to use.

Make your own.. If you can weld and have access to a used rocker shaft assembly, and old jack handle, it is easy to do and is strong enough for any FE spring. I made mine in 1972 and it has worked with no problems for all these years.

Autozone will loan you kind with the two hooks. They are not fun to use. Keep the screw oiled.
