4x4 Problems

the cluncking noise you speak of going into low 4x4 is normal in my truck does the same thing. just make sure you are in neutrol when doing so. now for installing the hubs for 75.00$ is a fair price BUT isnt the seventyfive dollars in your pocket sound better.that is about what 700 miles worth of fuel to cruise with. if you have 5 or 6 screws holdig your hubs on you can do this yourself in your driveway in about 30 minutes per side.you dont even take the wheel off. the instructions with my warn hubs were pretty good and you should be able to follow them no problem.if you have 3 screws holding the hub on the it will take you 15 minutes more per side. you will need a special socket to remove and replace the spindle nuts, NO BIG DEAL. do it yourself and learn a little and spend the $75 on yourself.

4x4 Problems

i have a fairly limited experience with car mechanics, but changing the locking hubs is a breeze, it took me about 3 1/2 hours but most of that time was figuring how the hell to get the snap ring out in the very begining, after that i could do it now in less than an hour, its not worth the 75 bucks, if you have ever played with legos you can do it no problem
