FE's dimensions?

FE's dimensions?
It's a long story, but does anyone have measurements of an FE? I'm looking for oil pan to carb and balancer to bell housung measurements. Also if someone out there has the frame rail width of a 67-72 f100 it would be much appreciated! Doesn't a standard FE weigh about 600 or so pounds?

Yeah, they are big and fairly heavy, about 600 lbs. If you need the measurements, grab a tape and go out and measure. The FE is slightly shorter and narrower than the 429/460 engine. But the exhaust port angle means FEs need some extra room around the sides for the engine to breath nicely. What are you planning on dropping one into ? DF
