After reviewing this it has me really thinking about doing this mod.

Installes before the OEM filter.

pretty much what we used to run on the tractors and stuff at the farm. Drain them daily.

Yep it is a tad pricey. It does appear to look like the tracktor set up. I think the difference is the cup water separator thats attached to the filter base.

Similar to what I run in my boat.
Now, add a pump from the tank, through the filters and back to the tank and run it for 15-20 minutes every fill up to "polish" the fuel.

Damn.... I was working on an idea last year for this exact application. I was going to try a Parker unit.
