Kearns UT (west side of Salt Lake City) - Finally snow blowed the driveway and side walk. It was knee deep in places. And more snow on the way. Thank god for two stage snow blowers!

Monday it snowed so had I could hardly see the houses across the street. I live on a street that is about a 10% grade. I ended up towing a mini van, a tow truck and two Honda Accords to the top of the street. Gotta love a 4WD Super Duty!!

Here in the middle of ohio we got 10-12 inches accumulation depending where you're at. I saw drifts as high as 4 ft outside of town. I had to go pull one of the local mail carriers out of the ditch, slick roads with ice under the snow. My truck handles the snowy roads great, just doesn't stop too quick.

Tonight it looked to be clear and cold. 40F right now.
Give me snow any day. Cold rain sucks.

It is funny how people who live in a state where it snows every year forget how to drive as soon as the white stuff starts falling.

Boxing day was -36, when I got up yesterday a little better, and today was -22. These temps are celcius not sure what they convert to in Fahrenheit.

-36°C = -32.8°F
-22°C = -7.6°F

°F = 9/5 * °C + 32

Yes it is, even when you are somewhat used to it.

Yes it is! Been there, done that, got the sweatshirt.

The coldest I've ever experienced was in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. It was -44°C (-48°F.) That was the actual temperature, not windchill.

Benny,
They also ship the paddles on the brown truck.

The better place to be when the paddle goes bad on you is here
