That's the OBS style non gear reduction starter. Typically only last me two years. Motorcraft SA903 - Starter | O'Reilly Auto Parts is the NBS Motorcraft SA 903 gear reduction starter $481.99 plus $75.00 core charge - much cheaper on Amazon or Ebay at $350 or so without core charge. Still almost twice what the OBS non gear reduction starter costs...

Better off buying the new Mitsubishi factory replacement.
It's cheaper even.

Must be regional on the high prices, I'm in upper western wisconsin and did the 2 bolt NAPA gear starter (01-03) and only paid $165 as well also going on 3rd year and absolutely no problems (was -11 here yesterday morning) As said before good batteries and cables are a MUST!!
