Lean Something New Every Day.. It is the In Cab Behind seat Tool Compartment I am looking at.. Not the Bed mounted set..

Yeah, they have made aftermarket tool boxes like this for yrs and offered from different companies like JCW. I wouldn't mind having one if my tank was mounted under the bed, BUTTTTTT its not. I help a guy some a few yrs back that extended the cab 4". I kid you not. He cut the back 4-5" off and welded in a 4" section of metal all the way round and re-welded the back section. When looking at it, you knew something was different but you just couldn't put your fingure on it. Looked pretty cool. It gave him an incredible amount of room to installl a different seat and still have room to store things behind it. ALSO, he needed to take out 4" of the bed but still,,, you would never know it was done.

See post 12 for the part number for the Contractor Special only tool compartments, the in-cab tool comparment and look in the parts catalog pics I posted refs to to see the differences.
