confusion about hub replacement

confusion about hub replacement
My plastic ford hubs wont turn by hand, wont disengage 4x4 sometimes and plastic is all messed up, I want to replace them with the milemarkers. my question is, Are the ones they sell for my truck going to allow my esof to work like my oem hubs. im not a mechanic . Are they hard to install. Is it basically take the other ones off and pop these right in. Do I have to mess with the vaccume lines?
