If it did there would be a a plate cover over the mounting boss for the pump. This would be located on the side of the timing cover between the water pump and the block.
No,there isn't a lobe like a Chevy has.There is a cam eccentric that needs to be bolted to the front of the camshaft.If your engine has a factory electric fuel pump then it's not likely to have the eccentric bolted on.You'll have to pull the timing cover to install one.To be sure,remove the block off plate and shine a light up towards the cam and you might be able to see it.If the engine is in the truck you'd need a small inspection camera to verify.
