It would help to know the truck into which you'll be looking to install the unit. Don't know that I picked up on that.
I just wanted some opinions on whether you yourselves would go with the original ford sending unit that may or may not be good ( roll the dice sort of thing cause no returns allowed ) or play it safe and go with an aftermarket unit.
I do not know the differences in quality and I assumed you guys would.
