Need some opinions

Located a NOS fuel tank sending unit in its original box tucked away at a Ford dealership, box is marked 67 F-100. Price is very reasonable.

Or should I go with a reproduction offered by Green sales which is about 20 dollars cheaper.

Its a gamble since for sure there is no returning the NOS unit

It would help to know the truck into which you'll be looking to install the unit. Don't know that I picked up on that.

I just wanted some opinions on whether you yourselves would go with the original ford sending unit that may or may not be good ( roll the dice sort of thing cause no returns allowed ) or play it safe and go with an aftermarket unit.

I do not know the differences in quality and I assumed you guys would.

You said it was NOS so new verses new or price verses price, you decide, after all it's your pocket change

Green Sales sells mostly NOS items. You may want to double check with them to make sure it's not a repro and is an NOS.

Green sales has the repros, there is a dealer in N.M that has the NOS, Ineed to call him back Mon and say yay or Nay on his sending unit.

Has anyone had any experience with the repros, is the quality good, will they last?
