stripped torque converter bolt
2005 f350 replacing the tranny and one of the nuts is stripped any ideas about how to get it loose

Hand held right angle grinder maybe.........carefully.

Sears sells Bolt Extracter Kits

Id try to get it out Before you grind it off

Then extracter kits work great for the Turbo Bolts

Also if you have a Mig welder you can Tack weld a socket to striped bolt

Use a nut splitter. It safer than a grinder. Wit ha grinder you
can over do it and then the stud is gone.

Im replacing the convertor so im really not worried about the one thats in there but id rather try it with the extractor
