Hello I am looking for some help. Intermittently when truck is cold and I go to start it truck just goes rump and doesn't start. Sounds like a cough. Turn the key again and it starts fine. Second thing is when truck is cold while taking off from a stop truck will stutter or skip a beat. Both of problems are interment and do not do it when truck it warm. Problem is it is starting to happen more and more. Have checked IPR and ICP both are clean and dry. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
