The 2100 and 4100 are very good carburators.

Something else to keep in mind as well, will try the classifieds as well I guess as suggested. I didnt know this site had a classifieds.

Main Napa store in Tampa is saying that even though they are showing on their website these are obsolete parts. Thanks for trying though

This message with photo was sent to me by a friend on another forum, the message was ..........Here is my pile of "spare" 2b carbs off Ford's - I think all Holley. Checked them they either don't match your models or have the tag missing. Put on your bifocals and let me know if you see something you need...........and here is the photo.

Do any of these look like what I can use. I know the picture is a bit of a mess and I can get better but I figured I would see if you guys could work with this.

Thanks for taking the time

All the carburetors except the bottom left are Autolite 2100s or a newer version of the same. If any of these have the electric choke parts you are looking for then you are probably in business.

I can't help identify different types of automatic choke. I like manual choke. The 2100s from the early 60s through at least 66 had manual chokes. I know the manual choke parts bolt onto an auto choke carb because I did that for a 66 pickup.

2100 series Autolite/Motorcraft carbs: 1962/74 FoMoCo Passenger Cars & F100/350's / 1966/74 Bronco's & 1969/74 Econolines.

D4AZ-9A586-A (replaced C2AZ-9A586-A) .. 2V Auto-Lite/Motorcraft Carburetor Kit (Motorcraft CT-499-D) / Available from Ford/autoparts stores / Fits ALL of the above carbs.

Kit does not include 1970/74 choke pull-off diaphragm: DOAZ-9J549-C (Motorcraft CM-1283).

Good news than, I will be going to pick up what Napa was able to find for me in the A.M. I did not ask the cost so I am a little apprehensive about its purchase even if it is correct.

Napa has been trying all along to give me the kit they sell now which is made by Holley and is 77 plus dollars and I cannot see spending that kind of money.

Will let you guys know what I come up with in the A.M. Thanks
