* P1249 Wastagate Fail Steady State Test
* P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High Input
* P0470 Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
* P1828 transfer case counterclockwise shift relay circuit failure

Sounds like EBP and VSM

EBP= Exhaust Back-Pressure Sensor ~$120
VSM = Vehicle Security Module ~$140 + programming

Replace the EBP, clear the codes, and see how it goes from there.

The EBP sensor is on the front of the engine in front of the HPOP reservoir down about 6" just above the water pump to fan shaft connection. You're looking for a single sensor that is threaded to a bracket, plug on the top. Below the bracket is a metal tube that runs to the front end of the passenger side exhaust manifold.

As long as you have the sensor off, you can remove the tube as well and run a piece of string trimmer cord through it to clear out any soot and allow it to get a more accurate reading. I've not seen it myself but there are many folks that say it improves mileage.
