Broken Speedo Cable Clip
Back when I took the gauge cluster out of my 78 F150, the white plastic clip that holds the speedo cable into the back of the speedometer broke. Can't remember how, but it did. I have another clip, but it looks as though there is no way to get it back on without removing the "plug" on the cable, putting the clip on and then recrimping the "plug" back on. Is there an easier way to do this. I am assuming there is no other way to hold the cable into the speedometer? Has anyone been down this road or do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance
