Head Gasket
If I have the part number for the head gasket can I tell if it
is a 18mm or 20mm?

The part number is 4C3Z6051 EB

"04 to early 06" head gasket kit (18mm dowels)

IIRC, the kit contains:
Head gasket, set of 18mm dowels, set of "stepped" 18 to 20 mm dowels, head bolts (10),two standpipes (one 2003 standpipe and one 2004 and up standpipe)

That is the part number for 18mm dowel equipped engines.

The reason I asked was I located the work order from when I
purchased my truck and it had the gasket part number on it.

So I have an 18mm heads then?

Yes, unless the heads have been replaced. The set did include the stepped dowels.
