Does anyone have a good part # for the up-dated electric motor for this axle. I am going to convert the motor over to the 12 volt ( no choice now ) Thanks
I have looked everywhere on-line and searched this site but I still cannot find a wiring diagram for my 52 F-7 spd rear end. I am ready to get it all wired but dont want to make any mistakes with my new 12 volt motor.
New switch, has the green. black and red wire. I know that two of the wires go to the electric motor in the rear end and the last powers this all up but which is which?
I thought someone here posted a diagram but I must be thinking of some other post. Someone must have done this before
Holding the switch streight up and down as it would be when mounted the center post will be power. The top post will be high range to the motor and the bottom post will be low range to the motor. Now see whitch color wires go to each post and you have it.
