STill waiting for help.. I can see where the wire goes in and it seems to be spring loaded but , Im confused, all angles are wrong... I just dont get it??

What kind of setup did you get? I still haven't gotten around to installing mine. I got one from a '36 (I think) and it is still in the box. I wasn't going to rely on the low vacuum of the flat head 6, I'd never have wipers...
