Yes it will.

When refilling, add 10 quarts, then run the engine for 1 minute and shut it off. Then add 6 more quarts. Restart it and warm the trans up and set the level with the dipstick. That is for a stock pan. You'll have to add more than 10 at first for a larger pan.
