Banks headers to y a little off

97 460. Y-tube a little off. If I connect dr side the pass is like 1/2" off. Can connect both sides real lose but you can tell they are not going in straight. Banks said try and torque all at the same time and check for leeks. ??
Got a photo that shows what I'm dealing with - its in my stats album ill see if I can post it. Looks like it could just go together but don't know if its to far off

Photo view is - pass side - bottom of pic is y-pipe - top is header
Looks like if y-pipe needs opened up more
