WOW!. congrats Glenn, for your effort, dedication and results in the Mare, I think that your nephew deserves a lot applauses too, do we know his name?
I feel how do you feel waiting for use it towing your 5er.
His name is Todd but he's not a member. I wish he was, he's full of information.
I know he is not a member, but who cares, is noticeable that he has a lot of info and till I know, he has helped to you a lot, hasnt he?. So thanks Todd.

Yes, he has helped me alot in verbal information, not in actual wrenching. I think of him as my security blanket, my guts to do the studs etc. because if I got in a jam I would call him. It was fun because we have aways lived a thousand miles apart and when he would come out, we would BS and I feel I got to know him a little.

LOL, He did get me a IC and the 6.0 trans cooler for $100 apiece! The biggest thing is the use of his 'warehouse' for lack of a better word. Its not a shop, its just storage for his parts he sells from insurance wreaks he buys.
Today I got the tracking number for my intake and Monday I'll get it . Today I put on the VC's and then had to take the passenger side back off to get the ac cover on. It was struggle to get it back on but well worth it because like I said earlier, I don't think the back spring and studs could have been done with it on. Even jacking the engine around. I'm sure somebody will say its not necessary but I don't see how.
Then I started it again and let it idle for 15 minutes or so. I looked all over for leaks and so far, so good. Can't wait to take it for a ride. It might be my imagination but it seems to rev up really quick. The idle is smooth, maybe tomorrow I'll get it off jack stands and see if the vibration goes away, I hope. Its interesting to watch the scan gauge ICP pressures as I'm starting it. The first time it was something like 0, 4, 9, 20, 40, 90, 150, 300, then jump to 500 and start. Just idling its getting a little more air out because today it was like 20, 45, 90, 170, 330, 500 and start.
Good to hear buddy! Hey, is there any way you could have your wife ride with you on your first test drive and video you while you're driving? I wanna see that big old grin on your face when you get it on open road and stretch her out! LOL!!!
I cant wait to hear about the burn outs that it will easily be doing!
The tires are almost new and I don't want to burn them out, IF I CAN HELP IT, LOL

i didnt mean that like just power braking it.mainly just the power taking over...You have to at least once.its a weird feeling when a dually is sideways...

OH, I know what you meant! I'm a kid at heart and I will at least once see what it will do.

You don't want to do that with a DRW. They like to bounce when they spin and all it takes is one good bounce for it to breake a drive line
