The only reason I went with the two different looms is that is all I had! I didn't have enough big stuff. Not too many people are gonna nitpick like you Travis! Most people will never see it.
Glad you got it running Glenn! Sounds good. Get that thing out for a test drive!
I can't wait Darin. Still have a lot to do. Mutifuntion switch, put my aux fuel tank in, 5th wheel rails mounted in bed, switch my brake controllers from mule to mare, u joints, get a tool box, put air bags on, and of course install my gauges!!

I'm just short of two and a half months Bill, if I did this for a living I would starve to death, LOL Thanks!

No plans for that, I even did the 50 cent mod. I'm sure glad I noticed the wiring when the engine was running, it was rubbing on a pushrod. I didn't even know about this and I don't think the OBS uvch have this, IDK, but there are clips to snap in. Inbetween the first two injectors and last two injectors on the solid piece of black plastic that the wires run thru is a raised part the snaps into the gasket. Just saying incase someone else like me didn't know that, LOL
Mike, thanks again for posting that. Maybe I'll learn someday. When I was talking about some vibration, my nephew stopped in later and I told him to start it and see what he thought. As soon as he turned the key he said, "jake stands" duh, makes sense.

The OBS wiring can rub the pushrods and rockers also. Not as easy as the SD wiring though. The SD front and back injector/GP wires run a little more distance, so they can get close sometimes if you don't look at them.
that is very exciting for sure! good luck with the rest of finishing the odds and ends!
Thanks Aaron. Thanks Pete.
I should probably explain what I was telling Mike about vibration. When I called him to ask if he would post my video I told him I was a little concerned about vibration cranking it over and when it was running. When my nephew pointed out that it was the jake stands sending the vibration back up thru the frame, it made perfect sense. I'll see for sure when I get it on rubber. Another thing I was surprised at was no leaks except for one on a hole by the fuel filters. Tighten it up and that was it.
I got four codes off the scanner:
0603 KAM, to be expected without battery's in it for awhile.
0344 CMP sensor curcuit intermiten
1212 ICP voltage not at expected level.
0470 EBP sensor curcuit malfuntion
CONGRATULATIONS YOU DID IT I was thinking about this the other day, maybe you would enjoy updating

I can't edit the first post, the edit box is not there??
That cam sensor code is probably for extended cranking getting it running. The 1212, I'm not sure why that would show up. ICP sensor look ok?
ICP sensor looks good but I do have a spare if need be.

I figured it was from all the cranking.

I can't wait for a drive but will because of the intake pipe I'm waiting on from Jake. Seems like no matter how much you plan ahead there is always something but I still have lots to do. My nephew again said to take my time, Thanks again Nate, your explanation on the wiring the e fuel is what made sense to me. I got it wired right, I think. My nephew said if I wanted to test the inerita switch to just tap it with a hammer and it should trip. He said there is just a little ball bearing in there that trips it out and it doesn't have to be mounted directional in any way. Then he proceeded to tell me stories of the different locations they put that thing on cars and how they are all different. Stories of dash boards being taken apart and trucks being tore apart looking for that darn thing, LOL. I guess its not funny if you were looking for one. If mine ever trips out easy then I'll do what you mentioned about putting a light on the dash somewhere to warn you of that.
