Ok I am compiling my things to do over the christmas break. Just wondering what everyone else would add? It is an 03 F250. Right now I am at a Powermax turbo, headstuds and OEM head gaskets, oil cooler, BPD egr delete, RiffRaff CAC boots, and thinking new glowplugs since I am already in there. Also a possible injector or two depending on the test. Also going to be ordering another Insight CTS to replace the stolen one. I have turbo back exhaust and am also thinking if funding is there to send my FICM to Ed. So what else should I do while I am in there? Also I will be doing a cab removal and doing my best to document and post everything on here.

EGR Block-off or remove.
Oil cooler.
Upgrade EGR hose to the blue one.
Blue spring upgrade.
Forgot to add I am doing the oil cooler and have already done the blue spring upgrade. I was told to leave the valve in and plugged in for fan operation is this not correct? What is the EGR blue hose and do I need it with doing the delete? Thanks again
Your EGR delete should have a bypass for the coolant so you should not
need the little blue hose (Hmm,Related to the blue pill?)
One thing you may want to think about is a kit set of injector O-rings
for any that you may remove. Also a brush to clean out the cups.
Other than a few nice things like sending me a copy of the winning Powerball
numbers before they do the drawing would be cool. If I were to win I think I
I would pay for the server for FTE for a year or two.
The real question would be. Would I tell anyone?
You and me both. My wife actually asked if we won why not go buy a new pickup or pay someone to do this for me. I responded I need a good truck that I wrenched on LOL although the parts list might go from stock to WILD!! What kind of brush would I need to clean out the cups?
Some thing that solvent and oil won't eat I think that if you watch the Youtube
From Srmastertech http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&fe...&v=FlWiw9sP4Z8
At about 6:40 he starts to clean the cups.
This is part 2 of 3 on doing the injectors

I have been watching his videos. He does a great job wish he hadn't moved to NV as he was only about 2hrs from me. Would be nice to have a guy like that within driving range.
