trying to remove EGR cooler

Trying to remove EGR cooler from m;y late 2004. The blue hose has two clamps on it, do I have to cut the clamp ? When I purchased my oil cooler from Tousley Ford, he said all the gaskets were in the kit, I dont see a clamp. is there a trick to remove them?

Can't tell you on the clamp, but I thought it was re-usable. There's an EGR Cooler gasket set that comes with a new hose w/ clamps and and a bunch of other o-rings and gaskets...

You rotate the blue hose and line up the white lines so they are on top and it comes apart.

I had the same question. Removal is opposite of installation.
