can bus signal
I have a 2005 f250 diesel reg and 4x4 - I upgrade the factory am/fm radio to a 6dc mp3 Ford unit . Everithing work except the button lights.
Somebody know if my truck have Can Bus ?
where can I get can bus low and high signal ?

Did you look at the plug pin out so that you got the signal
from the lamp dimmer? What year of head unit did you go to?
You may have to get an adaptor.
IF the 05 has not changed and it is the same as the 06
then you have on pin #3 LB/RD wire that is the instrument illumination feed

yes , the pin 3 is present ,
the new radio is 06/07 .
I plugged it in a 2007 Fusion ad the lights work when I plugged the 16 pin connector - (can bus)
My truck doesn't have the 16 pin harness .
