Door Lock Issue

I have a 00 Expy and for some reason my doors will unlock from the driver switch but wont lock. I have tried 3 switches with the same result. But if i put my passenger side switch on the driver side, all works as should. Leads me to believe its the switch but whats the chances i got 2 bad ones from the dealership?

You mean two bad ones from China or Mexico.

I had a whole box of start relays for a cooler were bad. After that the suppler checked a few more out of that lot and end throwing them all out

Many times a dealer tech will get a bad part and just turn it in for a different part if they know it is bad and the parts guy would just put it back in stock instead of in the defective parts to return shelf or bin. Im gonna take this one back and check the new one while i am there so i'll know. If i habe to i'll show em my passenger makes it work fine.
