Starting Issues
This is sounding like IPR or HPOP issues. As you are facing the truck from the front, there is a solenoid to the right of the fuel bowl... way down under the rat nest of wires and hoses. You will see what looks like a flimsy nut on a bolt that holds a device with an electrical connector (solenoid coil). That is the IPR that controls your Injector Control Pressure (throttle) and the nut needs to be snug, but not overly tight... remember I mentioned "flimsy".
