You can get generic battery terminals at any auto parts store. They require you to cut the existing ends off, strip the insulation and just clamp the cable ends into the terminal. They will look similar to this but usually not gold unless you get stereo grade parts:
Go with the originals. I'm not knocking the clamp on recommendation because they will get you by for a while, but nothing fits like the originals and those clamp on style tend to corrode because you have open cable under the clamp.
Trust me, you may balk at the cost of OEM, but you will eventually kick yourself if you get something other than the originals.
Oh, and that price at Tousley is very good and they are a FTE sponsor.
I replaced both battery cables as well as the common with factory originals. My ends were fine, although I was having problems with the batteries. When I took them off, you could bend them and hear the cables fracture inside the cover. Kind of weird I thought.
I have a tough time getting my pos. Terminals back on tightly.
mine tend to lift as i tighten them. Anybody got a trick?
Currently i push down hard with one hand while tightening.
Frequently when i test it the terminal will slip and pull off
and i get to repeat..
